The Word of God is a rich source of symbolism and imagery, often using objects as symbols to convey deeper spiritual truths. One such powerful symbol is that of an anchor. The anchor is a symbol of stability, security, and hope. In the Bible, an anchor conveys the state of being firmly rooted, established, and secure in one\u2019s faith – providing steadfast support, confident strength and firm stability amid life\u2019s uncertainties. <\/em>However, an anchor alone is inadequate to express the full weight of that symbolism. An anchor necessarily depends on the firmness and strength of what it is fastened to!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

WIN-Seattle, in celebrating its 25th<\/sup> anniversary, declares that it is \u201cANCHORED in GOD\u2019S PROMISES\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 that the Growth and Grace WE HAVE experienced and the Growth and Grace WE WILL experience are dependent on the Strength, Stability and Hope we have in Jesus and His Promises! It is a celebration of God\u2019s Faithfulness and a declaration of our dependence on God\u2019s Miracle-working and Promise-keeping Power as we move forward into the future.<\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We continue to be united with our Word International Ministries global family in upholding our core commitments of W.O.R.D. (Worship, Outreach, Relationship and Discipleship<\/em>)<\/strong>. Allowing our teachings, practices and activities to be constantly shaped by and reflective of these values. We will surge forward onto the next chapters of Grace and Growth while maintaining our steady stance of being \u201cAnchored in God\u2019s Promises\u201d!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
