If so, Jesus has not risen, then our faith is useless and the Gospel is false! And, if the resurrection didn\u2019t happen, then we are not saved. Without the truth and doctrine of the resurrection, we don\u2019t have hope in Christ (v.19). Then this life is all there is &#8211; <em>and death is the end<\/em>. Without the Resurrection, Sin and Death have won!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, if Jesus did rise from the dead, then so will we! (vv. 20\u201323). If so, our faith is powerful, the Gospel is true and we can be saved! If so, then proclaiming the good news of Christ is our great privilege! <strong><em>The truth is that Jesus is risen!<\/em><\/strong> He has won the victory, all glory and praise to Him! The Resurrection IS the gamechanger!&#8230; <em>the gamechanger for our benefit!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul\u2019s question is now: <em>\u201cWhere O death is your victory? Where, O death is your sting?\u201d<\/em> (1 Cor. 15:55) What an incredible example of great grief turned to overwhelming joy! After Jesus was crucified, His followers were mourning, scattered and afraid.
