God is Faithful!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Know therefore that the Lord thy God, He is God, the faithful God\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deuteronomy 7:9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Years ago, we had a series on \u201cThe Immutability of God\u201d<\/strong>, a sermon series that emphasized on the ETERNAL, UNCHANGING and PERFECT nature of God. I remember preparing and learning a lot from my personal studies on this important sermon topic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His faithfulness is an essential component of His very nature \u2013 an important subdivision of God\u2019s unchanging character. It is what allows us to know Him as God!<\/em> <\/em>For God to be unfaithful would be to act contrary to His very nature. At the very core, He is DEPENDABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE! HE IS who He says HE IS, therefore, He WILL DO as He says He WILL DO and DELIVER AS HE PROMISED!… <\/em><\/strong>Always! <\/em><\/strong>Faithfulness is one of the glorious perfections of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Tim. 2:13<\/strong> says “If we believe not, yet He abideth faithful; He cannot deny Himself” <\/em>God never forgets, never fails, never falters, never changes and never does anything contrary to His word! This Faithfulness is the basis of our confidence in Him.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So the next time you are discouraged by your external circumstances (and there will be that next time!)\u2026<\/em> disappointed by someone you trusted, hurt by someone you depended on, disadvantaged by a situation at work or simply downcast in your soul\u2026 KNOW THIS: God is Faithful! His Faithfulness continues through All Generations\u2026 and they are NEW AND FRESH EVERY MORNING!… you can count on Him!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBecause of the\u00a0Lord\u2019s great love\u00a0we are not consumed,\u00a0for his compassions never fail.<\/em> They are new every morning;\u00a0great is your faithfulness.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
