He was asked \u201cDo you like this sort of work?\u201d. His reply<br>shocked the interviewer \u201cDo I like this sort of thing??\u2026 No! My wife and I do not like the mud and<br>the heat and the humidity\u2026 we grew up in North America! We do not like crawling through cow<br>manure to get to shanties in the mud \u2013 BUT, is a Christian not to do anything he does not like??<br>Lord have mercy! Liking or disliking has nothing to do with it! We have a commission from the<br>Most High \u2013 His love compels us!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><br>If it were just an option, you can take it or leave it; if it were simple advice, you can follow it or<br>you can disregard it \u2013 but it\u2019s neither of those \u2013 it\u2019s a command! So your choice is to obey or to<br>disobey! Making disciples, sharing the Gospel, baptizing and teaching in the Name of Jesus\u2026 not<br>suggestions but part of Christ\u2019s commission. His love should compel us and motivate us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><br>Here\u2019s another missionary story: A one-legged school teacher from Scotland came to J. Hudson<br>Taylor to offer himself for missionary service in China. &#8220;With only one leg, why do you think of<br>going as a missionary?&#8221; asked Taylor. &#8220;Because I do not see those with two legs going,&#8221; replied<br>George Scott. He was accepted.
